A Pleasant Surprise

We arrived at the hotel after a long journey and were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Narayana Palace By Salvus. Despite the negative reviews, our room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in great condition. The staff, especially one helpful member, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Although there were some minor issues like slow response time for towel delivery, the overall experience was enjoyable. We also appreciated the beautiful surroundings of Rishikesh, adding to the charm of our stay. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Food could have been better and more options for vegetarians. Main road was a bit noisy and disturbing during the night.

This hotel is perfectly situated near all the attractions, with proximity to the river and a small serene beach. It's also very close to the bustling center of town. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with proper room cleaning services. the staff is extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful with taxi arrangements. the breakfast is good and the view is amazing.

The service can be a bit slow at times, but it doesn't detract from a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, as it is situated near the river and close to all the popular attractions in the area. We enjoyed spending time at the small beach nearby, which offered a serene and peaceful environment. The service provided by the staff members was exceptional, with their attentiveness and promptness. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a well-stocked mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area. We were also impressed by the free toiletries provided and the convenience of having an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV in the room. The hotel also offers Wi-Fi access and has a flat-screen TV in the common areas.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location near the centre of this city was excellent. I also enjoyed the beautiful garden and pool area, perfect for relaxation. The staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many options.
